Types Of Business Process Management
Business Process Management types can be grouped under three general headings. It is the focal point that allows us to make this distinction. BPM Systems can generally be grouped into three groups integration-oriented, human-oriented, and document-oriented:

Integration-oriented BPM:
Its emphasis and working principle are on integration. Therefore, it focuses on processes that do not require much human intervention. These processes mainly depend on mechanisms and APIs that provide data integration in systems such as human resources and customer relations.

People-oriented BPM:
Such BPM systems often involve human interventions where approvals are required. Therefore, drag-and-drop features, task and role distributions, rule tables, etc., are indispensable for such BPM systems.

Document-Oriented BPM:
Focuses on a specific document rather than processes. Archiving documents is the basic principle of management of approval processes.

Emakin, on the other hand, is a BPM system focused on people and integration. While doing all the human-oriented BPMs work, it integrates with all other systems and automates many things.
