With the use of Business Process Management (BPM) in the communication between official institutions and companies, less paper, more electronic and faster communication period has taken place.

With the commencement of the transfer of business processes to the electronic environment, the necessity of communication between institutions and companies in the electronic environment within the scope of certain standards has emerged. Official messaging systems such as REM and UETS have also been put into operation in line with this requirement of institutions, individuals and companies.

Correspondence between the institutions and companies that have the necessary infrastructure is being done through PEP, and e-correspondence packages are being sent in addition to these PEP messages. Message Management System and E-Correspondence applications in Emakin BPM eliminate the loss of time that may occur in routine communication processes by means of automatic routing rules, opening and processing of a received message packet, evaluating by users, preparing the response, sending the added files and sending the packet over the KEP after signing operations in the same environment.

The business steps initiated during these processes are forwarded to the relevant user via e-mail notification. By clicking on the link in this notification, the user reaches the business step and takes action.

The e-notification notifications that were being made over the last few years via PEP have been given as UETS (National Electronic Notification System) as a service of PTT since January 2019.

Emakin has considerable experience in the receiving / sending and distribution / approval of REM messages. The applications connected to these services and the applications that process the transmitted correspondence packages have already been developed to be able to talk separately and among themselves. Therefore, the change in the messaging infrastructure does not affect the process of evaluating the messages by the BPM user and the structure of the applications. Since the e-notification messages transferred with UETS are actually an e-correspondence package, the improvements related to integration have been completed and started to operate in a month.

Received and sent e-notification and REM messages are being recorded in detail in the database. Thus, auxiliary interfaces for data reporting, search and analysis are also included in Emakin’s applications.
